Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of uscitizenshiptest-practice.com (the “Site”), operated by TGM (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Practice only
The Site offers free practice questions based on the public USCIS civics test lists. It is a study aid, not the official test. A practice score is not a USCIS result. Passing a mock test here does not mean you will pass your interview, and failing one does not mean you will fail it. We make no promise that using the Site will lead to any immigration or citizenship outcome.
2. Not legal advice, not a government site
We are not lawyers, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, an eligibility decision, or an official instruction, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. For questions about your own case, including filing, eligibility, exceptions and the interview, consult uscis.gov or a licensed attorney or accredited representative.
3. Information can be wrong or out of date
Test content and answers can change, for example when officials change after an election, a resignation or an appointment. We try to keep the Site accurate but don’t guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. State and federal official names are for practice only. You are responsible for confirming current rules and answers on uscis.gov before your interview.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, try to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or present it as an official government service. The Site is free to use for personal study.
5. Content and ownership
The civics questions and accepted answers come from public USCIS materials. The Site’s design, code, explanations and other original content belong to us, and you may not copy or republish them without permission, except for your own personal study.
6. Your progress data
Your progress is saved only in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices can erase or hide it. We can’t recover it.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, such as uscis.gov. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
We provide the Site “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, without notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from relying on its content. This includes a failed, delayed or denied application or interview, lost fees, missed deadlines, immigration consequences, and any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to US$100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
